First, create your free Org360 account. Then add Org360 to your AI as a custom connector, using this address:

  1. Open Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Org360, paste the address above and click Continue.
  4. Sign in with your Org360 account, then click Add.
  5. In a chat, open +, then Connectors, and turn on Org360.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then each person connects from Customize.

What is 360-degree feedback?

Org360 defines 360-degree feedback as a confidential survey in which a person receives ratings and comments on how they work from the people around them, such as their manager, peers, direct reports and clients, alongside their own self-rating. Read the full guide.

Is there a free 360 feedback tool that works in Claude?

Yes. Your first Org360 survey is free, with up to 500 respondents and no card. Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector, so you can try Org360 in Claude without paying for either.

What are Claude connectors?

Connectors let Claude use other apps on your behalf. Org360 is added as a custom connector through a remote MCP server, an open standard that lets AI assistants talk to apps. Once it's on, you can ask Claude to set up surveys and read your results.

Does Org360 work with ChatGPT and Gemini?

Yes, on plans that allow custom connectors. In ChatGPT that's Business, Enterprise and Edu on the web, added by a workspace admin. In Gemini it's Gemini Enterprise, where the feature is in preview and a team admin adds it.

Are the answers anonymous?

The report opens only after 3 replies, or 5 in Highest mode on the Pro plan. Comments appear without names and in shuffled order, names are removed before any AI reads the text, and raters can edit or delete their answers until the survey closes. How Org360 protects anonymity.

Can coaches use their own branding?

Yes. Ask your AI to use your logo, colors, voice and coaching method, and it restyles the report. Then save the style as a skill so the next report starts from it. The four samples above show how different the results can look.

How long does the survey take?
