Seven Questions for Strategic Clarity

The Seven Questions for Strategic Clarity survey is intended as a pre-session tool to gather reflections from your team or key stakeholders before a facilitated strategic conversation. Its purpose is not to replace discussion, but to surface individual insights, assumptions, and priorities in advance, so that the group session can begin with greater focus and depth.

This approach helps:

  • Highlight areas of alignment or divergence across roles or departments
  • Encourage early reflection on mission, priorities, and strategy
  • Identify themes, questions, or tensions to address during the workshop

The responses can inform how the session is designed and facilitate more meaningful dialogue when the group comes together. It's particularly useful when participants come from diverse functions or have limited time for real-time reflection.

  • Ensures clarity in decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Aligns teams and stakeholders with a shared vision and strategy.
  • Helps organizations focus on what matters most rather than spreading themselves too thin.
