Is the first survey really free?
Yes. You get one full survey and the complete AI report, with up to 500 respondents. No credit card needed.
What counts as one survey?
One credit launches one survey. Everyone you invite to that survey can respond, up to 500 people, and you get one report.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. On Essentials and Pro, credits you don't use roll over to the next period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged again. There's no contract and no notice period.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. You pay for surveys, not people. Invite as many respondents as you need.
Can my team share credits?
Yes. Essentials and Pro include a shared workspace with its own credit pool. Anyone you invite can launch surveys from it.
Can I buy a single survey without a plan?
Yes. A single survey is $49, or get 4 for $69. Neither needs a subscription, and they work alongside any plan.
How does the nonprofit discount work?
Nonprofits get 40% off any annual plan, with no end date. Sign up and check out with your .org email address and we'll apply it.
Where is my data stored?
